Beginner Belly Dance at Delmanor West Village is a gentle, joyful movement class designed for newcomers of all fitness and mobility levels. Taught by an experienced instructor, the sessions focus on basic isolations, posture, breath, and simple choreography set to uplifting music, with seated modifications and low‑impact progressions available. Benefits include improved core strength, balance, coordination, and confidence, plus a fun social atmosphere that encourages creativity and connection. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
